I'm kind of busy at the moment - on tuesday is my last exam of this term and I'm nearly done with everything. The last weeks were stressful, expensive and fun and I'm really looking forward to the next semester. I'm going to have a course about advertising, fashion and portraits and maybe (I really hope so) one about the epoch of romanticism. It's the first time since I started to study that I'm taking part at courses which absolutely fit to my personal liking. Because now the courses get more specific. It will start all over again at the 10.10. - I'm totally excited!
Enough of university. I also planned some personal shoots - one will be on the 3.10. with Tina and the other one at the 6.10. with Meike - and there are more to come! I'm really happy that I'm getting into it again.

I had a wonderful photoshoot with the lovely Sarah on monday and her friend Ricci helped us. At first we went to a forest near Bonn and there was this beautiful location with big holes in the ground and roots and dead trees and stuff. After that we went to the roof of a parking deck and did something totally different to the style before. It was a long and awesome day! I started the trip at 8am and got home at 9pm :D (6hours of travel included ;)). The results and some behind the scenes pictures will follow soon!

Yesterday I visited Hohensyburg to search for a new location. I intended to find a place for a university project but I was disappointed. Luckily it turned out to be a perfect location for my personal stuff! I went there with my roommate Annika and the whole trip started nice and warm and ended in a disaster. On our way home it began to rain and it turned into the worst storm I`ve ever seen in my life! After two hours of travel (normally you need about 30minutes...) and drenched with rain we decided to end this trip by taking a taxi because no metro and no train did their job anymore..
I didn`t get so nice photos because it allready got dark when we arrived but see yourself:

Home again from our trip to the most eastern place in germany and the surrounding area. I've never been there before and the region is really pretty and interesting. We had a great time exploring it, sneaking aroung in abandoned houses, visiting bigger cities and enjoyed swimming in a beautiful lake. As I took only analog photos you'll have to wait a bit for them ;)

Today I want you to have a look at the portfolio of Rodney Smith. He is an exclusively analog working photographer based near Manhattan. I think especially his black and white photos are very impressive because of the dreamlike and surreal atmosphere he is able to create. He is also writing a blog which you can find here.
Definitely worth a look!

Tomorrow I'm going on a "some kind of photojourney/vacation" with some friends from university. I'm probably only taking my analog camera with me and it will be a lot of fun and relaxing!

Hello!
I`m back! and I thought it`s time to post something again.

I was thinking about my blog and me never updating it because of a lack of time and stuff I want to show or can`t show because I want to wait until my exams are over which is in september... sooo I decided to make little entries with also other information like interesting articles or photographers or websites etc..

It`s a weblog that posts 5 active photographers a week for 100 weeks. I think the site is very interesting because the photographers can be from any discipline within the photographic range and are all of a certain level of quality.

Hey guys!
I know I didn`t write a proper post in like forever D: but to be honest there wasn`t that much to tell anyway. I`m still a photography student in Dortmund and I`m slowly acclimatizing. The good thing is I`m having fun and I`m learning a lot stuff about photography but the bad thing is I didn`t do a portrait shoot since september D: I was so busy with university and doing stuff for my courses that I didn`t do anything with humans and that`s so frustrating and depressing. Indeed I did photograph a lot but different stuff and because of that I learned a lot but I didn`t develop my skills in people photography further and that`s why I`m doing this whole stuff. So I decided to do some shoots in the near feature xD

A very long time ago I promised some behind the scenes photos from my shooting with Larissa and here they come:
The shooting took place at the same location I`ve been with Johannes. It`s called "paradise" and Johannes and Kevin were helping me out as assistants and those two also did most of the behind-the-scenes-photos.

Hey boys and girls!
I'm in Dortmund now for more than a week and it still doesn't feel "real". I'm doing fine and have a lot to do like learning and retouching and getting other things done ;). On friday we'll have our first real lecture and that is also our first "test" if we read & learned the 65-page script about technics and other nice stuff. On monday all those interesting courses start and I'm so looking forward to that :)

But I promised you the commissioned photos and some behind the scenes stuff :D

Johannes asked me to do some photos of him for his girlfriend and I was very interested in that idea because I've never done such photos xD So we - that is Johannes, Kevin (assistent) and me - met secret at the "paradise" a little lake where you aren't supposed to be but it's very beautiful there and no one really cares. The weather was perfect and it went great! We had so much fun and I think Johannes is satisfied with the photos and I really like them too :D so here you are ;)

Hey guys!
As you can see ;) I'm back again (since monday) and it was awesome! I spend the whole last week retouching the photos from norway. They're ok. Not awesome but ok :D I'm no landscape photographer so don't expact too much from me! I'll post some - not all. If you want to see some more photos klick here.
My luggage got lost on my flight to Oslo (monday) and I got it back on thursday - that sucked but beside this everything was just - I don't even know how to describe it - the landscape was so beautiful that no photo will ever capture it and the people have been so friendly. It also was the most expensive country I've ever been to but I didn't really cared - I was busy staring at nature xD I've been to Oslo, Bergen, on a trip to the Hardanger Fjord and on top of the Ulriken xD all in all I just loved it! I would have loved to see more nature but I didn't really planed my trip that way so it's my own fault >_< when I'm visiting norway again it'll be by car and tent xD so that I'll be able to explore this beautiful landscape!! :D

Hey guys!
I have a few news I would like to tell you ;)
I finally got a room in a "dormitory" don't know if that's the right word. I live in a house with many other students in Dortmund and I'm so happy I got a room there. I will live with three other girls together in a little flat and I'm totally excited about how it'll work out and what the other girls will be like and stuff xD
Also I'm heading off to norway on monday and will be in Oslo from monday till wednesday and than go on to Bergen and stay there till sunday. I'm going to fly back home on monday. I'm really excited about my trip because it's the first time I'm going on my own - I don't know anyone and I hope everything works out the way I want it xD as always! I'm trying some landscape photography and it's kind of my first time really trying it - so well - let's hope for the best xD or at least for one or two nice shots xDDD

:D I'm so excited!!!

On another note: I'm going to have a photo-exhibition in the "Cabaret im Brater" in Bad Windsheim (germany). The vernissage will be on thursday the 16th september 2010 at 18:00 o`clock and everyone who's interested is welcome!

Hey again!
I had two great photoshootings at the last weekend - one commissioned, one personal - and I had so much fun! Can't show the commissions yet and the personal ones aren't ready yet so you'll have to be patient ;) but it will be worth it - I have behind the scenes photos of both shoots and some are really funny xD
Last tuesday I've been to "Windhagen" and visited my old associates from my internship. It was awesome - I was so happy to see them all again and to hear what they've been through since we met the last time - I really missed them. The next day we drove to Bonn and went shopping xD and some kind of "sightseeing".

Good evening boys and girls!
I just wanted to write a little update about my photographic future. I'm going to study photography at the "Fachhochschule" (college of higher education) in Dortmund starting in october and I'm really really excited and nervous. It's all I wanted and I'm totally looking forward to it but at the same time I'm sad to leave all this behind and move so far away from home all alone. But that's the way the cookie crumbles xD and that is how it has to be.
At the moment I'm doing some commissions and personal shoots and hopefully I'll do a landscape-photo-trip to norway in some weeks but I'm not too sure if I am able to organize it in time...

...and I am having a good time :D

Hey guys!
So I'm home again from hell. No just kidding but the last week felt like hell -.- it was so stressy that I thought I have to die and I drove about 1200km. On tuesday I drove to Bielefeld with the car (4h) and stayed at a hotel there. On wednesday I drove to the university there and handed out my portfolio then I drove to the university in Dortmund (2h) and had my oral exam at 13:30 or something - then drove back (2h) to Bielefeld to wait for the outcome and I've been with the about 50 lucky ones who where approved for the exam the next day. So I drove back to the hotel - slept - and drove back to the university. There we had four hours time to take photos about the theme "Seitenwechsel" ("changeover") and I totally messed it up. I had a few good ideas but thought they where to "simple" so I did something else what turned out to be total shit. The consequence of this was that I didn't pass. I'm really mad at myself because I could've been better. There are still three results to wait for. Not all of the hope is gone ;)

Hey guys!
Last week was like the most stressfull one I had in my whole life D: I've been taking photos like crazy and worked on my portfolios and now I'm finished with everything (Yay :D). On tuesday I'll start my trip to Bielefeld where I have to hand out my portfolio on wednesday and than drive to Dortmund where I have my oral exam at 13 o`clock this will be pure stress too.. And if Bielefeld likes my portfolio I'll have to do a test on thursday. I really hope they do D: and I'm so nervous becaus of the oral exam - I'm really freaking out! Omg I'm so nervous... On friday I'll go to munic and hand out my last portfolio and then everything is done! I mean if munic and Nürnberg accept my portfolio I'll have to write a test too but I don't think about that too much ;)

Hey guys!
I'm very busy with my last two portfolios for Munic and Bielefeld. I still have to do the homework for Bielefeld and it's freaking me out because I have to hand it out in less than two weeks D: At the moment I'm working on an other series for the Bielefeld portfolio. It's called "Musik is Life" and it's about how important music is to some people and that they can't live without it. I did a photo with this theme looooong ago at least 3 years ago I think and now re-thought the theme and did some other stuff yesterday and the day before with Mazze as the model and Kevin as my assistant. It was so much fun xD and I like the outcome but I still have to do some more photos for this series.

Nürnberg and other stories...

Hello boys and girls!
Yesterday I've been to Nürnberg to hand out my portfolio and Kevin und Mazze came with me. After some shopping we went to the zoo which was really awesome :D and I took many many photos! I was a bit dissappointed when I realized that there where no elephants D: but there were other funny, interesting or odd animals - so in the end it was fine. But when we were home again - I found a letter from Essen and it was a rejection. At first I was like shocked and than just sad but I'm ok - it's just one university out of five and I knew that something like that would happen at some point. Now I'm just hoping that at least one will accept me!
What ever! Life goes on and so do I ;) now have fun with some photos taken yesterday:

Hey guys!
Last week everything went fine. I got to Dortmund gave them my portfolio - waited - got it back - waited for my train and waited and waited and waited xDD. I'll get a letter next week if I passed or not D: I hate waiting!!!
Then my purse was found again! And I got everything back but the money xD but who cares! I got it back :D that's so awesome ^_^ I can't believe my luck!
Yesterday I've been to Essen and gave them my portfolio - it was even more unspectacular then in Dortmund xD they'll send it back to me because the teachers will look at them not until next week... So we'll have to wait again for a letter!
Nuernberg is the next portfolio to hand out! It's not finished yet but there isn't much missing xD

Hey guys!
I finished my portfolio for Dortmund last week and on tuesday and wednesday I'll travel there to hand it out. A little nervous now but it will get worse D: for sure.
I'm in a "blind alley" with my Essen portfolio. I don't know why but it sucks - just a few names and I'm finished but I can't think of good ones >_< I've to hand it out on wednesday in a week and I'm afraid I don't make it -.- and I have still so much to do for the other portfolios...*sigh*
Also it seems that I don't have luck at the moment because my purse got stolen on tuesday with all the important stuff - I still hope I'll get at least my documents back...That's just crap!

Hey guys!
As I promised - here is a little update.
I'm working on my different portfolios all the time and one of them is nearly finished. I'll have to hand it over on 28.04. - I feel confident that I'll get it done in the next days.
Also I've been to Nürnberg on the 30.03. (I think) and it went good. I talked to the prof there, it seemed that he liked some of my works, and viewed the university.
On tuesday and wednesday I've been to Bielefeld. I walked through the city, saw an exhibition of Thomas Werde (I think, kinda liked it), went to a talk about Island (I would love to go to Island) and slept in a youth hostel (which was more like a hotel than a youth hostel xD very nice). Then on wednesday I did what I came for: I visited an informationday at the photography university for all people interested in studying photography. The university is nice and the people seemed to be very friendly and open. I listened to what the students and teachers had to say and viewed a few portfolios, which allready got accepted in the years before. Then I showed my portfolio to one of the profs and well he didn't really liked my works but two or three series. At first I really was disappointed but it wasn't all bad so the good thing is: now I know what I have to put in my portfolio and what not and that was why I went there. Mission complete ;) Then I went back to the trainstation and met Christian (one who worked with me at this photographer). It was nice to see him again.
All in all Bielefeld is a beautiful city (at least what I saw) and I think I would enjoy to study there but the chances aren't that good plus the other universities are good too. Well I have to see where I'll be accepted ;)

Hey guys!
This week I worked on my homework-projects. Yesterday and the day before I tried the secound theme but it didn't really worked out like I imagined. I'm sure I'll do it again but different^^.
Today I had a shoot with two friends of mine Luisa and Johannes (those two are awesome =D) and it was so much fun xD I had to sit down a few times because I laughed so hard I couldn't breath anymore xDD. Hello!
Well you all know that I have my own business since 15.01.10 and you also know that I got business cards printed. So I decided to show them to you because I really like them perhaps not the most beautiful or most creative ones ever but they're mine! The quality of the photo is crap - and I mean CRAP!!!! the photo on the back looks much much much MUCH better xD - and I blurred my address and my phonenumber (that's the ugly part on the front xDD ignore it!) because I don't want any stalkers or something to call me xD I think everyone of you understands that xDD
Enough said here they are - ignore the quality >_<

Oh my... that doesn't really look like my business cards at ALL xD perhaps I get a better photo or a scan of them than I'll show you again ;)

Erlangen + Commission Shoot

Hello guys!
On thursday (last week the 11.02.) I had this photoshooting in Erlangen with Sarah and Kassandra. It was cold as hell! But it was fun nevertheless ;) the outcome is (as far as I can tell atm) allright could probably been better but as I allready told you it was DAMN cold xD. After every set we jumped in the car to warm us up a bit but that didn't really help xD the make up was done in the car too by Kassandra and Sarah modelled - it was her "first" time and I think she did a great job. When I'm finished with the photos I'll show you some of them ;)
Yesterday I had a commissioned shooting with Anna Lena and it went great! We had a lot of fun and the photos are beautiful - I hope she'll be satisfied with the result in the end.. I'm nearly finished with them (only one left) and I like them xD but can't show them yet ;)

Dortmund

Hey guys!
Dortmund was great! I do not mean the long long long train-trip nor the stress of walking through a foreign city - because that part really sucked...
But the "advice" was awesome. We were like 5 people and the mood was relaxed and friendly. The prof helped me a lot with my photos and now I have an image about how I put my portfolio together for Dortmund. He gave me good criticism - I still have a lot to do because he said I should do some non-human photos too (O_O) now I have to take some still life or cityscape photos for my portfolio... crap! xD This will be kind of interesting because I'm not really into still life or anything else non-human.
We'll see!

Wedding

Hello!
My little business is running well! I'll have a portrait shooting on the 16th of february and I've "just" (on saturday) been booked for a wedding in May and I'm so excited!! It's the wedding of a friend I know since I've been on earth^^ and I feel very honored he wants me as a photographer for his wedding. Also I'm "waiting" to get booked by two local bands who I know very well too ;) and I hope my business cards will arrive in a few days xDD
For personal stuff I`ll have a shooting on the 11th february with a "new" model and a MUA I have never worked with before but I really look forward to this shooting.
On thursday I'll drive to Dortmund for a "Student Advisory Service" - kind of excited because I'll drive there with the car (~800km to get there and back >_<) and well I would be excited anyway^^. I hope I can start working on my "Essen-portfolio" tomorrow - still waiting for the equipment I need to get the prints on the thick paper^^
And I'm currently reading the "Magnum Magnum" photobook - I got to christmas - so awesome!

Hey guys!
I have great news!!!
Today on the 15th January 2010 I found my very own "small business" ("Kleingewerbe" in german)! It's called
"Thea Schneider Photodesign"
*hrhrhr* this is a great opportunity for me and my first big step in becoming a real photographer!!! I'm so excited =D
I wanted to do this for sooo long but now I finally managed to do it and I'm so happy! It was easier than I thought it'll be but I'm sure there will come some difficulties too. I collected some information about this kind of business and I hope it works out like I imagined. I probably won't make big money with it but that's not what I intended at first place - I just want to run my own small business and work independent and get the whole thing startet because at the moment prior is for me to get accepted at a photography university.

Oh my!
Late happy new year to all of you! Did you have a great time? I hope so =)
Well I did =D even if my new year didn't start that well I am sure it will get a lot better *cross fingers*. The first week was awesome - have been on holidays with my parents and some kids from my old youth group wich was so much fun! And had some days with my boyfriend <3
This week I wanted to start getting my prints done for university (gluing my prints on thick paper) but the photographer who is helping me with that thought I would call him before so he can order the stuff we need for it and I thought he allready did that - comunication error xDD but ok that's no real problem. I'll do that later ;). Then I got a call that my "Student Advisory Service" will be delayed for two weeks and that kind of sucks. Now I need to wait two more weeks =( and I can't get my portfolio done without it >_<

Quick Update!

Hey guys!
Last week was pretty stressful as I indicated in the last blogentry. I worked on tuesday which was fun and ok. On wednesday I allowed myself to make a little pause and on thursday I went to Essen. Huh that was kind of hectic. Long train ride, starting at 6.30 am, searching the way to university, searching the right room with an epic fail (I was like omg I'll be late =O omgomgomg) found it - just to find out that I'm the only one because all others are late xD then only one hour "Student Advisory Service" (~10h train ~1h talking) well then I had to wait like 3h for my train home but it was worth it! Because this simple hour gave me so much information and a bit more self-confidence than I usually have (like none xD) and it was inspiring and stuff... Well it was definetly worth it =)

My weekend.. Well on friday I drove with my moped to my boyfriend (it was like nearly snowing and stuff) I was an icicle when I arrived >_<. On saturday my boyfriend and I helped my mom to prepare her and a friends birthdayparty and I helped her the whole night (until 1 am?). Then I had to get up at 5 am to drive my brother to the trainstation in Nürnberg - got controlled by the police on my way home (what are you doing here at this time?! 6.30 am wtf???). Drove straight to my boyfriends home sleept like forever and had a nice chilled sunday ;). Yesterday I met a friend who I haven't seen for a long time and it was great =)

xD Now I'm sick xD but heeey that's ok...

Ugh.. Hey guys!
I've been to munic again xD lol this is getting a little bit stupid don't you think? xD
I've been to the university there and talked to a prof and other people who want to study there (photography) I think it helped me a lot!
Today I found out that I won the second place at a photography contest on DeviantArt! *happy* that was a real surprise =D
On saturday I worked by a local photographer and helped him and so will I tomorrow (tuesday). On thursday I'll go to "Essen" to a "Student Advisory Service" (like in munic today) and hopefull it'll be lucrative ;) and on the weekend (saturday) is the birthday-party from my mom =)
...and I only want to sleep right now xD

I did it again...
I've been to munic again (yesterday) xDD I visited this photographer again and helped a bit. It was very interesting and fun! But I'm kind of fed up with trains now xD slow unreliable little thingies...
Today I cleaned up my room (which really was necessary) and built up my sunbounce reflector =D I looove it <3 also I made a carbonmade portfolio: here which is really applicatory! xD

Well..I'm kind of stucked with trying to do very personal works but I'm totally incompetent...argh I hope that leads to somewhere at least..

TV...again!

Yesterday Anne told me we've been in a german TV-show again xD together with my ex-boss and my ex-team^^ on "RTL Now": "Die große Reportage - Beauty ohne Botox - Unterwegs im Auftrag der Schönheit" klick here perhaps you'll see me (I'm kind of hidden xDDD).
Funny... xD

Well! I've been in munic yesterday... again! There was this event called "Dinkel Opbenhouse" and there were people from Nikon and Canon and Epson and and and... With the newest stuff and you were allowed to touch it and try it and if you wanted to even buy it ;) and hell yeah I bought something xD a california sunbounce reflector! xD It's called: "Mini Zebra" and it's gorgeous. Can't wait to try it!

Today I finished Tinas set of photos and you'll see them next week because today I'll travel to Erlangen and visit my boyfriend <3!

Hello again!
My stay in munic lasted longer then I thought: until today! I visited a photographer to chat with her and talk about photography etc. that was kind of nice and interessting - I enjoyed it ;) even though I had to wait very long in the cold but that wasn't her fault xD also I visited 3 exhibitions: 2 from not so well known photographers (one was nice the other rather boring to me) and the big ai weiwei exhibition in the "Haus der Kunst" - what was very impressive! The other time I walked around took photos and spent time with my brother. So all in all it was a great little trip =)

I kind of use this post also for the rest of Sarahs photos which were finished tuesday ;) some are a bit crazy but I like it that way - if you don't - just ignore it xD

Home sweet home!

Finally! I'm home again...
The next days I'll get my whole stuff back where it belongs and clean up and everything. Also I try to catch up with a few "organizational" things, help my parens, try to meet a few people and get some time with my boyfriend <3 I missed him so much the last three weeks!
I need to retouch tons of photos (really!) as I had a photoshoot yesterday with the beautiful Tina and still got to do the photos from Sandy and Olga and Sarah - so you see I'm not kidding! Tina is awesome - it was so easy and fun to work with her and even though we had a few "problems" at the beginning because we had to switch from studio to outdoor and had some "communication-difficulties" (as I did not have her mobilphone number xD). We didn't do "a lot" of stuff but what we did was way cool! We even got a MUA: Tom! He also did a great job =) and Nelli was so kind and did the assistant-job (very well =D)! Thank you so much again guys it was great! =D I'm so excited and I'm looking forward to retouch all those photos I talked of xD

Saturday Shoot and the quit

Hey ho - Let's go!
There are a few things that happend the last days!
At first the two shootings on saturday with Olga (in the morning) and Sandy (later) went great! I'm so happy that we worked together and the photos are quiet nice too! Though, I didn't retouched all of them - I'm not even near finishing - but I like them a lot =). As always they're different to what I imagined but I like them nevertheless. I did some concept and beauty shots with Sandy and beauty/fashion photos with Olga. The shooting happend to be in a studio and I really enjoyed that. I was kind of afraid at the begining because I never shot in a studio before (well alone) but it all worked out and I had a lot of fun!
The other thing is: I quitted my internship. And the reason is quite simple. As most of you know I want to study photography next year and I have to show a portfolio to get accepted for the qualifying examination but since I've been here I had nearly no time to do anything. It's sad but I didn't see an other way to solve this problem.

Moped Crash

Hello guys!
I had a little crash with my moped on sunday night. Don't worry I'm fine just a few bruises on my left side and on my head - nothing is broken or something - but my moped is fucked up.
How this happend? Well I drove home from the trainstation and the weather was really bad - stormy and rainy and slippery - and I had this feeling that something would happen. I got to Höhr-Grenzhausen well but there is this rotary and my back wheel slipped away and I fell on the ground together with my moped. Now the handlebar is twisted and my mirror is broken but nothing worse happend. I got home with a shock and I'm certified unfit for work for the next week because of a headache and the rest of the pain. Bad luck xD. But I'm happy that I'm alive and nothing worse happend!
On saturday I still have a shooting planed and got one model "save". I hope I'll be fit again to shoot but we'll see this on friday.

TV: Tigerentenclub

Hello guys!
Long time no talk...again! Well I had been very busy with work as you can imagine. We have been on p41d-tour till sunday (we had 5 days "off" the week before from monday till friday and I've been at home three days =D had to take a holiday >_<).
On tuesday we have been to a german tv-show called "Tigerentenclub" for children and I think you can see me for about 10 seconds (yay!!!) holding a reflector xD It has been a very long day as we started at 8 and got home at 23 o'clock and worked the whole day and had to drive home (3,5 hours) too. But it was also fun and very interessting to see how tv people work and how everything works out.
The next weekend I'll be at home again (*happy*) and on the weekend after next I HOPE I'll have a photoshoot in the studio (GKP studio). I still need a model and a MUA >_<. I really hope that works out because I NEED this shooting (to get into photography again - I didn't shoot since the shoot with Rosalie!) well we'll see! I still didn't get to retouch all photos from Rosalie and that annoys me quite a bit but I'll try to do that the next days. Here you got another one from this shoot:Stay tuned!

Hey guys!
My phase of inactivity continued and will probably until next week. I had this little shoot with Rosalie on saturday the 5th but hadn't the time to retouch those yet. As you all know I'm doing this internship and we have been on p41d-tour last week and will be for the next week. P41d means "princess for one day" and is a workshop-tour where you get styled by makeup artists and photographed by Guido Karp. We have been to Koblenz, Düsseldorf, Köln and Frankfurt a.M. and next week we'll be in Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart and München. If you're wondering why I'm able to write atm (as I don't own a laptop or something) we got 4 days off. What exactly means: we got home and have to work like on a normal day xD. Today we luckily didn't have to work because we got home so late. Tomorrow and on friday we'll have to work and on saturday (very early) we'll head for Hamburg because we have this long journey to get there and on sunday the workshops start again. I'm looking forward to see something of Hamburg (as we didn't in all the other cities because we worked all day and slept at night). I've never been there before so I hope it'll be fun! =D
The tour so far was fun but also very exhausting and stressful. You often get home very late and you're sleeping in hotels and eat to often at McDonalds... (well, I never thought that I'll ever think that!). I've been ill one day and that really sucked because working when you're ill is not funny but I got well and everything was ok again xD Also I'm afraid I gain (much) weight on tour because you only eat unhealthy stuff and sweets and you eat not regulary and often late at night so let's hope for the best >_<
There is the chance that I'll be on german TV in a show called "Tigerentenclub". It's a show for kids and Guido Karp will be there next week I think and he probably will take Christian and me with him. xD I'm kind of looking forward to this but it's somehow scary too.. Perhaps you can't even see me or something or perhaps this whole thing won't happen - so let's wait until this is done xD

Hello hello,
sorry for not writting in a long time. I was kind of busy all the time with my internship and stuff. The good news are: I continued retouching the "fantasy"-photos but I'm not finished yet and I picked some behind the scenes pictures which are worth sharing them^^. The bad news are: I promised a long post about the shooting but I don't really got the time right now and the shooting was over a month ago so I'm not sure if I can tell so much more than I did in the earlier post about the shooting. =(
But I'll try anyway.
I really enjoyed the shooting. My team,

It was great - I really liked working with them and I'm thankfull they sacrificed their time xD.Santos was kind of "difficult" because he never did something like this before and there were cars near our location all the time which wasn't very helpfull too...but I think he did an awesome job too! And not to forget Marlene calming him down =D

It wasn't too easy for Steffi too because she was kind of afraid of the horse and sitting on him was horror for her. She really shivered and was kind of pale after that(sitting on him)! So thanks again Steffi for doing this =)

Hola!
On sunday I finally moved to Höhr-Grenzhausen near Koblenz in Germany where my internship began yesterday (monday the third of august). Today is the second day and now (finally) I got the time to write some lines to you. My internship is at the photographer Guido Karp (who is known for his concert photos). I'll be there (probably) for one year and I try to learn as much as I can. I'm not too sure if I can do as much photos as I did but the few I'll take will be different and I hope a lot better. If you got any questions or want to tell me anything write me a note or an email to "fAilEd.Photography at gmx.de" (at because I don't want anymore spam mails >_<) and I'll definetely write back to you =D

At the moment we're learning how we'll have to retouch photos at the princess for one day tour in september. We - all the new ones (4). It's fun to work there because I like the people and the mood is funny and friendly. I hope it stays like that =)
I didn't see a lot of the landscape until now (no real time) but I have some really awesome ideas with some locations I saw while I'm not too sure if I can do them the way I imagine.

I still have the fairytale photos in my back and didn't have the time to do them >_< but here is a little treat from the shoot ;)

(Small update just to proove I'm still alive)
Omg...
I am so stressed at the moment. You know the first thing is: my boyfriends birthday is on friday in a week and his present is very time consuming and I'm kind of afraid that I can't finish it until then but I love love love doing it =D (I love makeing presents ^_^) the second thing is: I'm moving (sunday in a week) because I graduated school and am now doing a one-year internship by the (concert) photographer Guido Karp and moving is 100% stress.
I didn't even have the time (and motivation >_<) to retouch the "fantasy"photos =(... I mean I retouched like 3 or 4 but not all I wanted...

*sigh*
